There are crooked specialists who cheat customers. They don't know how to do the job, but they take this job for a living. A few months ago, I changed their watch strap. Their specialist (a dark one, from southern countries) failed in the task. He scraped my whole strap and unwound it, broke the spindle. He stuck a new strap-on-a-stick. It fell off after a couple of hours of operation. Such people should not be allowed to repair anything. If you can't - don't take it. Rospotrebnadzor should check such muddy firms. It's very sad that the watches and straps were expensive. The most interesting thing is that after this crooked specialist of the House of the Parks had to transfer his work to the official service center. So the officials took over! He did such work, and it's less expensive than working with people in the house.

Be careful, this company is cheating! I gave my watch to repair, but they didn't fix it (I had to re-apply for a warranty), they replaced my sapphire glass with a regular one! And they deny that they did. Now my expensive Swiss watches cost pennies and look the same. The most offensive thing is that there is nothing to do now: their lawyers told me that they didn't change anything. I am shocked by the inaction of the management. So be careful and avoid this "honest" firm.
